My wife and I have been trying to sell our condo in Port Charlotte for the past couple of years. We finally sold. Leicia has been just fantastic the whole time. We are sure she lost money during that time. However, you wouldn't know it because she was always prompt taking our phone calls, texts, and emails. We moved out of state and we wish she was our agent. If you're moving to Florida, she is the expert you need.
